Delivery and Returns


To ensure that your order arrives on time, it is essential that you fill in your shipping address correctly. We also strongly advise you to provide a contact mobile phone number. The estimated time to receive your order is:

  •     Italy’s delivery normally could take up to 3 working days, but could be also delayed. 
  •     Delivery outside Italy could take up to 10 days, but usually is 3-5 working days.

The shipment times are always expressed in workdays, and should be counted after the order has left our warehouse. Shipments will be conducted between Monday and Friday (not counting holidays) and will be subject to the specifications of our logistics operators. Please, remember that we do not accept deliveries which require customs. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the couriers. Every package will have a tracking number so you can check the courier’s website the exact position of your package at any time. 

Transport fees are:

  • Italy – 9€ / FREE STANDARD DELIVERY (on any order worth more than 100€)
  • Spain, France, Belgium, Portugal – 15€ / FREE STANDARD DELIVERY (on any order worth more than 100€)

Once your order is prepared, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to trace it on the transport company web.


We hope you are happy with your purchase, but in case you are not – please see below for return/exchange instructions. You have 14 days from when you received your order to return an item. Remember that here at Etik Wear, every part of our business revolves around sustainability and ethical fashion. From our suppliers to fibers, packaging to shipping. How do I return my item(s)?
  1. If you have completed your order as an invited guest, you will need to contact us at in order to process your return request.
  2. If you have a registered account:
  • Log in to your Etik Wear account and go to the MY ORDERS section.
  • In the ACTIONS column of the order you want to return,  click on the REQUEST RETURN icon (note that this symbol only appears on completed orders and provided that the established legal return deadline has not yet expired).
  • Select the items(s) you wish to return, the reason for which you want to return and press the REQUEST RETURN button.
  • You must include the return document along with the items you send to us in a closed and properly sealed package.
  • Indicate the sender and the delivery address in a visible area of the package and send it to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the expenses derived from transportation.

We recommend you send by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible in case of loss or delivery or poor condition of the package.

When and how will I receive the amount of my refund?

You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 7-15 days, depending on your bank.

  • It’s not possible to make exchanges on the Online Store.
  • If you want to change the colour or size of your article, you need to place a return and make a new purchase on the Online Store.
Wrong Orders
  • If you have received a wrong or damaged item,you must contact us at indicating the details of what happened.
  • Once we haved reviewed the problem, we will contact you with the steps you need to follow in order to make the return without any additional cost to you.
  • Etik Wear guarantees the refund or exchange of any defective product if you advise us withinin the maximum of 14 days from the receipt of your order.
